Heads Up HR was founded and is headed up by Nick Hawley, former HR Director at the Channel Tunnel operator, Eurotunnel with previous senior HR experience across manufacturing, engineering, aerospace and automotive sectors. With a solid grounding across the full range of HR disciplines, Nick offers practical, no nonsense advice aimed at supporting commercial outcomes of clients be that through developing and implementing HR strategy, designing and delivering HR and leadership development programmes, Executive and personal coaching, re-organisations and re structures and effective employee relations.
